Set within an expansive parcel in the Murree hills, Cloud Casa is envisioned as a contemporary hillside development that draws inspiration from the natural topography of its surroundings. The design seeks to translate the fluidity and layering of the terrain into built form, creating a composition of structures that step, cascade, and settle organically into the landscape.
A key objective was to optimize the land’s commercial potential while preserving its experiential value. The planning strategy achieves substantial sellable area through efficiently organized units, without compromising on openness or spatial quality.
