This residence explores how classical architecture can be reimagined for contemporary urban living. Designed on a 01 Kanal plot, the project balances monumentality and proportion, creating a home that feels both distinguished and intimate.
The façade is composed around a strong central axis, where soaring double-height glazing and a grand arched entrance establish a sense of arrival. Classical elements – including pilasters, cornices, and carefully articulated moldings – are refined into a clean architectural language that celebrates order, rhythm, and proportion without excessive ornamentation.
Verticality becomes a defining design gesture, allowing the residence to achieve a remarkable sense of scale within its urban context. Large openings introduce daylight deep into the interior while reinforcing the connection between the home’s elegant exterior expression and its contemporary living spaces.
